Regular part-time employment means that you work at least 20 hours per week. Additional eligibility rules apply to the provisions of the Aon Savings Plan, Aon Supplemental Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Deferred Compensation Plan. Eligible dependents Eligible dependents may also participate in our health care, life and AD&D insurance, critical illness insurance, and identity protection plans. Eligible dependents include: Your spouse or domestic partner (same- or opposite-sex) Your eligible children under age 26 Your eligible children of any age who became handicapped or totally disabled before age 26 Temporary and Seasonal Colleagues If you are hired by Aon on a temporary or seasonal basis and will work 20 or more hours per week, you will have an opportunity to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in Aon medical, dental, vision, and critical illness insurance. If you enroll, you will pay the full cost of the coverage and be billed directly on an after-tax basis.
